What size do I order?

Each item on our page has a unique size chart, so please make sure to check it out before ordering. 

The size charts show the exact measurements of each size. For instance, The Class Hoodie - Size Small, has a 13" neck and 19" chest. To ensure the fit isn't too snug, make sure your pup's neck and chest measurements fall below the size chart measurements.

    How does shipping work?

    We ship everywhere - USA, Canada, and internationally! You have three options for shipping:

    Option 1: Free Shipping

    Option 2: USPS First Class

    USPS First Class Mail is the most affordable shipping method for domestic and international customers, especially when compared to other carriers like UPS and FedEx. USPS also delivers on Saturdays for no extra charge. Delivery takes 2-9 working days, depending on destination and seasons.

    USPS charges the cost of First Class shipping directly at checkout. First Class shipping costs are based on shipping weight and destination. 

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a 'Delivery Confirmation' number. The 'Delivery Confirmation' status will update once your delivery has been made or when your package has made it through major USPS stations.

    Option 3: USPS Priority & USPS Priority International

    USPS Priority and USPS Priority International are express delivery services that come with tracking and insurance coverage. Most deliveries arrive in 2-4 working days.

    Return of faulty or damaged items

    All our items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for damage before they are sent to customers. If you receive an item that is not up to your standards, please contact us at We'll immediately send you the appropriate return instructions. Please make sure to return your item to us within 30 days after receipt.

    To initiate a return, please email us at and provide: order number, full name, address and postcode

    All items must be returned in the same conditions as sent. Please state that the parcel is a 'returned Item'. In the case that the damage was caused by inappropriate use of treatment of the product, no refund is provided. This also applies to damage caused by wear and tear. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will send back the correct item(s) to you. The shipping cost of sending incorrect / faulty & damaged item(s) will be fully refunded. Shipping, taxes and duties' costs on replacing faulty or damaged item(s) will not be charged to you after the initial delivery. Pacific Pup reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent without the original order number and proof of postage.
